Modular Shop Type Roasting Machine is a project carried out by us for market research, concept development, industrial design and mechanical design activities for Garanti Değirmen company. Representing a well-established company with 70 years of industry history breaking its shell with a competitive design, FOCHA World of Coffee was deemed worthy of receiving the "Best Product of the Year" award in the roasting equipment and devices category at the 2022 Milan fair.
PACIFICA
It is a model produced by the company before the design process and carries the characteristic lines of most products in the domestic market.
While preserving the general structure of the old machine, various product alternative sketches were worked out in line with the targeted product positioning and inspiration board.
In addition to the machine design, a special "logotype" study was carried out for this series for the upper segment machine family that the company will release. The logo was designed inspired by the special Foça stone that the company has used in its grinding machines since its establishment and is still used in some traditional machines. Corporate identity colors are integrated into the logo as accents. While designing the accent part of the logo, it was thought that it could be used without a logotype and was also used in machine branding.
